Frequently Asked Questions
Before making an appointment, you need to Sign Up for an account.
- Click My Account at the bottom right corner of the Home Page.
- Select Sign Up
- Fill in your particulars accordingly and set your password.
- Check your email for the 4 digits verification code.
- After successful verification of your 4 digits code. Then, you can Sign In.
- Click My Account at the bottom right corner of the Home Page.
Unfortunately, you will only be able to see your credit purchases and balances that were made in store after 1st May 2024. For previous credit purchases, please email or contact us for more information.
- Click the icon at the top right corner of the Home page.
- Then, select the Branch that you wish to make the appointment. You may then proceed to select the service, therapist, and time.
Please check that you are at the correct branch. If you made your booking at Alexandra, you must select Alexandra at the top right corner of the home page to view your appointment history at Alexandra.
- Click on the bottom right corner of the Home Page: My Account. Then select My Booking.
- Click on that appointment and click Cancel Booking at the bottom of the page.
- Select Yes to confirm cancellation.
- You will receive a message that Booking is cancelled and Click Done.
For appointments made directly with the outlet via WhatsApp, phone call or walk in, please contact the store directly for any re-scheduling or cancellation. You are not able to change online.
- Couple room booking is only available through phone booking.
- When booking for 3 slots/ persons and above, an advance 50% deposit payment is required to confirm booking.
- Customers who give us less than 12 hours cancellation notice (more than 3 times in a 6-month period) will be required to prepay to secure future advance bookings. Please call us if you need assistance.
- Our staff will be able to answer your calls or comments from your online bookings between 11am - 9pm.
